"Received first bag, asked for personalization. It arrived without it. When they say " personalization" it's a monogram on the small luggage tag not the actual bag. Cheesy! Cheap! They should let you know it will be monogrammed on tag. I thought it would be tastefully done on the outer flap of the bag. Monogram was also done poorly. Barely can see it and is uneven in depth. Will be returning it."
