"Kudos to Red Envelope for great customer service but this gallery frame was a hassle to assemble. I received the first one with a glass frame shattered, scratches on another, and incomplete printing for the personalization. The family name was in silver except for one letter. I contacted RE and they immediately sent me another set for free. I also didn't have to return the 1st one (which came in handy). It was weird that the family name in the 2nd set was not in silver, but in wood grain. It looked fine. When I installed the 2nd set, I went to Home Depot and purchased new anchors and shorter dry wall screws. I didn't want to drill 7/16" holes into my wall with the included anchors. The new anchors required 1/4" holes and supported up to 50lbs. When I put all the frames together using the silver hooks, I noticed that a few of them were crooked, which caused the frames to be off from each other. This bothered me so I ended up drilling new holes into the frames and re-positioning the placement of the hooks. The included screws then started to bend and break in half into the frames. I even drilled the same size holes and roughly the same depth. Luckily I had the 1st set so I just re-drilled holes into those frames and used them. When I finally finished, it did look but took a lot longer and more work than expected."
