"This item is a great addition to any child's room although the quality of the item should be scrutinized upon arrival. The first item I received was not personalized. They sent me a second item which was personalized but the frame was terribly scratched. I was able to resolve since I had not yet shipped back the original item...so put the personalized paper in the clean frame. Considering this is a piece of printed paper inside a basic frame...I expected higher quality and less hastle for the price."
