"The PowerLine Power Cup Inverter incorporates a standard USB power port, not a high-power port. The port is intended to charge iPods, MP3 players, cell phones and other small devices. It may or may not charge tablets depending on the brand because these generally require high-power charging ports. For some brands of tablets, it may charge, but only when the tablet is turned off. For other tablet brands, it may not charge at all. This is not a problem with the inverter, it was only designed to charge the smaller devices, and works very well for that."
