"I expected to have a good quality keepsake box for my mother as she is moving to another state. The box is made of very lightweight wood, it has a smell that burns the nose and wouldn't go away, and the key engraving could only be seen at certain angles in the light. This is the quality I would have expected from a lesser retailer and at a much lower price. I was disappointed."
