"It's a little larger than I thought it would be, thicker more so then the photo size. It's easy to load pictures on to it and the pictures are pretty clear. You have to tilt it just right or the picture is too bright and difficult to see, but the picture is very clear. Handy to have in your purse to show off those grandchildren!"

"Received item and was disappointed with the cheap plastic outer casing it is made of. Keys get banged around and can't imagine this lasting. I tried to download pictures of my boys but the files were not supported and others needed a different pixel orientation or file size. Probably worth the price, but in no way worth the total cost after the ripoff shipping costs added to it."

"I thought this would make a great Christmas gift for my mom. I uploaded several pictures onto it, but when I tried going back another day to upload the final few, the program froze up and the keychain wouldn't even turn on. Hoping to still get it working for a gift, but contacted Red Envelope anyway about my problem. They have credited me for the same amount at the photo viewer. Made very cheap though. Could have got better quality one somewhere else probably."

"This gift arrived on time,was well packaged, so there was no damage. The gift box was appropriate, however there were no gift cards for any of the 12 that I ordered which was a real dissappointment because I had taken the time to write out a really nice one that was to go with each of 16 separate gifts from Red Envelope. This would have been even worse if I had not been ther to rescue the situation. Also, I wrote 3 other review request which took time only to have all three nixed out when I tried to make any correction. It was not user friendly at all. Thought you should know..."

Nice Idea with a Few Problems October 06, 2010
"I thought this was a nice light weight way to pull a few pictures to show of my grandchildren etc. It took me a few minutes to figure out once I placed the mini CD in the computer and loaded the program how to go from there to the key chain. Once I got all working on the computer I found placing photo's in the program window on the computer for this device easy but the images were not easy to view. I was able to get images I selected onto the key chain and view them but not if the key chain device was not plugged into the computer. Kinda took the fun out of the whole thing for me!"

"I am giving these as gifts and before I did I wanted to see how easy it was to install the pictures on mine before I gave them to my friends. I was so happy that it worked great and was so simple to install the software, crop and upload the pictures. My friends will be very pleased with this. I tried another brand from another company and only had problems. I decided to try this unit since it did come with the actual software and I felt I would have no problems. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and I'm positive my friends will agree."

"I received this item as a gift and was greatly disappointed by the time I was able to load all of the photos at the poor quality resolution and the fact that the photos were so small. I ended up throwing it away; it was useless."

Great little gadget Love being able to show pictures of my family to everyone, in a format that is easy to look at, without carrying a billion printed photos around. This was easy to load pictures onto, and is just the perfect size.
