"I bought this as a gift for my husband. I did a lot of searching for a quality case, and decided this was the nicest I'd seen. I'm glad I made this choice - it's substantial, well-made and beautiful. This case is definitely well worth the cost. The only thing that I would improve is I would have liked to see the engraving made to the clasp, rather than sent as a separate plaque to be affixed by the recipient."

"The delux watch case that I bought is gorgeous. Very well made. Is perfect for my boyfriends watches and other stuff that he usually tosses on the dresser! The only problem at all was that it was supposed to be personalized and they forgot to do it. When I emailed about it they returned my email right away and sent me the personalized plaque that I could easily add myself. Very prompt in service!"

Beautiful product but ship in advance November 15, 2012
"LOVE this case! My husband loved it (it was his birthday present) and I think it looks even better in person than in the photo. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is b/c the personalized plaque I ordered with it was missing from the package. Normally I wouldn't care except that I had specifically ordered it so that it would arrive the day before his birthday so I had to present the gift without one of the coolest aspects about it. Then they also told me in order to receive my plaque I had to send the whole box back. Luckily, they were able to work around that or I would have been really upset not being able to give any gift on his birthday for something that wasn't my fault. All in all, just prepare to order way ahead of when you need it just in case something is wrong with the order. Customer service ended up being REALLY nice and I should receive the plaque tomorrow so we'll see if and when it arrives."
