"The product description did not include the hole diameter. The "chickadee" hole is too large, allowing house sparrows to enter; so it should have been advertised as a "great tit house". At least that's what the instructions, which came with the box,said. After several e-mails, RED ENVELOPE refunded my purchase price, including the shipping costs. I was disappointed with the product but was very, very happy with customer service."

"Overall, I'm disappointed with this purchase. Copper roof arrived already tarnished (appears residual fingerprints caused tarnishing). Corners of copper roof were bent and materials are very poor quality. My husband commented that it appeared an elementary student had crafted it. I feel the item was overpriced for what we received."
