"I gave this as a Christmas gift to my daughter-in-law. She really loves to cook & bake. I told her that if she didn't already have or prefer a marble rolling pin she could either use this one or keep it for decoration. I would think if she decides to use it, it will have to be seasoned & I would think instructions were included."
