"This necklace looked perfect for my niece's graduation gift and I had it personalized with her graduation date. I received the first necklace and the letters were uneven, incorrectly spaced and hard to read. I called and RE sent another one the day before we were supposed to leave for the graduation and the personalization on this one is even worse. The words are unreadable and it is still not centered on the circle of the necklace. It looks like no one even looked at the necklace before it was sent out. It looks terrible and I am going to have to buy something else in a day. Very unhappy!"

"All in all I am very happy with this item, considering I received the Vintage Love Letter necklace from my boyfriend for Christmas and we were both very disappointed with it and returned it for this more style/age appropriate necklace. After reading other reviews I was leery as well with the personalization, the engraving is etched/light and not black as pictured and they used a different font style and size I am assuming, but it still looks nice and delicate. The centering of the writing I think that others were commenting about maybe because the necklace can be worn at three different lengths and the charm can not adjust it's orientation at the longest and shortest length. The charm, necklace, and lobster claw are all heavy duty and not cheap looking. I feel like this item is over priced considering it is sterling silver and you can probably get something online in white gold at a similar price. In the end, I would still recommend this necklace for style and craftsmanship considering how disappointed we were with the first necklace purchase but Red Envelope stood buy their satisfaction policy and I love my new necklace!"

"I was really looking forward to receiving this item. However, I was disappointed. I purchased this piece because of the birth of my son and daughter. needless to say, their names were the inscription. but the names are not even centered, and you can hardly see them as they are so faint. Also, they said it was silver, but mine looks like it has stains all over it...Perhaps plated. The diamonds are not sparkly at all....I wonder, are they really diamonds? I know they're small, but they should have some kind of shine to them. Overall, disappointed. I cant return it as Im in Australia, they dont ship to Oz. My parents were traveling in the US, so they brought it home to me, otherwise, I'd be sending it back and getting a full refund. If you like quality,not the best item to purchase...sorry to say. :("
