"First of all, props to Red Envelope for getting the bracelet to me 2 days before expected arrival, and that's with the standard shipping. No longer griping about that price although I would have gladly paid less for a later arrival. Second, I don't know why people are griping about the size of the bracelet. It's a decent size and you can definitely see the stones nevertheless the fact that they are channel set from an arms length at least. Third, the color is way better than I expected. But maybe that was the luck of the draw or maybe I was just expecting the worst since I read all of the reviews. I'm more than thrilled that the color is not only vibrant but the actual color of yellow topaz, the true November birthstone, not that canary yellow stuff they call citrine and pass off as the November birthstone. Fourth, the bracelet is relatively delicate but still sturdy and looks the way I expected it to, not even considering the reviews. You can clearly tell from the photos on the RedEnvelope site that it's delicate. Unless you plan on doing strenuous physical activities while wearing the bracelet (which I strongly advise against not only for the bracelet's sake but your wrist's) it won't break easily. Fifth, the bar does slide to the underside of your wrist for the most part but that's to be expected because with any delicate chain bracelet like this, unless it's tight like a watch, the heavier part of the bracelet is going to slide to the underside of your wrist. Overall, I love this bracelet and am contemplating purchasing more in different colors. I'm very pleased with this RedEnvelope purchase and am more than glad that I didn't listen to the reviews."
