"I ordered this as a gift for a friend because I thought the graphic was beautiful and simple, and loved the idea that you could customize with name, and number of birds on the wire.
I received my package today and was sorely disappointed. I ordered charcoal color but received blue. The dish itself had tape all over the bottom and the front felt (and looked) scratched, like it had some sort of sand or something on it. Tried to wipe it clean, but still looks shoddy. The engraving is so fine it's hard to read and looks shoddy. I see from the return policy, I can't return a personalized item, but am really too embarrased to give this to someone as a gift. Not worth the money."
