"The package arrived in a box that was falling apart. The bubble wrap was on one side and the bowls were on the other (providing no protection). When we opened it, we realized that only the large red bowl had the monogramming. I went back to the website and it does mention in the fine print that only the large one can be personalized, but we (and it looks like others) missed that. The bowls are nice, but I wouldn't buy them again."

"I was excited to find the perfect Christmas present for my baking-loving-friend, and the quality of the product itself is very nice. I was surprised, however, at the lack of care taken by Red Envelope in shipping. Bubble wrap was gratuitously thrown into the box, offering no protection whatsoever on the product. The box itself was falling apart. Red Envelope's presentation used to be in a class by itself. What happened?"

"My wife and I had placed seperate orders for these mixing bowls as gifts. When we received them we were both disappointed that only the large bowl had the added lettering. When returning to the website the description at the end does say that the large bowl may be personalized. Since we both made this mistake, we wanted others to be aware and not duplicate our oversight."
