"I ordered these bowls on clearance as a Christmas gift. They are nice, but the monogram on the red bowl is a bit small considering the size of the bowl. For the price, I would buy them again though."

"When I received the package, the box was weak/bent and torn at the bottom. I'm not sure how the bowls inside weren't broken, but they weren't! The first glance at the bowls were that they were nice and not broken. I don't understand why all the bowls can't be customized? It would have made a much cooler gift. I had purchased these as a wedding gift to my sister. In reviewing the item online, in small print it states that only the red bowl is personalized, but I don't know why?"

"The package arrived in a box that was falling apart. The bubble wrap was on one side and the bowls were on the other (providing no protection). When we opened it, we realized that only the large red bowl had the monogramming. I went back to the website and it does mention in the fine print that only the large one can be personalized, but we (and it looks like others) missed that. The bowls are nice, but I wouldn't buy them again."

"I was excited to find the perfect Christmas present for my baking-loving-friend, and the quality of the product itself is very nice. I was surprised, however, at the lack of care taken by Red Envelope in shipping. Bubble wrap was gratuitously thrown into the box, offering no protection whatsoever on the product. The box itself was falling apart. Red Envelope's presentation used to be in a class by itself. What happened?"
