Very nice, quality a bit disappointing

"I purchased this for my husband as a Christmas gift. He was recently saying he wanted a tray for his bedside table to put change, his ring, keys, etc. since the tabletop was getting little marks and nicks. Overall, I think this tray is perfect. My only disappointment is the name I had engraved was a little skewed. Being Red Envelope--which has a reputation for high quality--I expected it to be perfectly straight and centered. It was not bad enough to go through the hassle of contacting customer service and returning. But it is enough for me to notice--which is why my review is at 4 stars instead of 5."
