"This product was nothing like I thought it would be. I received the barrel and it was so small, there was no spout on it, and it did not come with the products to make the whiskey. Do not buy this product. I ended up returning it and getting my money back."

"For the price, the barrel is much smaller than I expected and the personalization was sloppy. There was a significant amount of wood chips inside the barrel which we didn't realize until we unpacked it Christmas morning and could hear it rattling around. Luckily he was diligent and got all of it out in about an hour. It comes with some cleaning kits and bourbon flavoring. My husband was happy with the gift however it looks like a toy more than anything"

tiny and terrible quality engraving December 18, 2012
"I purchased this as a christmas gift for my partner, who loves whiskey, and intended on purchasing another for my best friend, but am so disappointed in the quality that I will be attempting to return this one instead. The barrel is TINY. Fits in the palm of my hand. I read the description, which was very clear about it being only 1 liter, 4 cups, which is small, but somehow the size still surprised me. Also, the engraving on the front is AWFUL quality. It is completely unreadable, and looks rather like it was scratched in with a pin. Definitely not qift-quality."
