"Received as a stocking stuffer. I replaced the necklace and have to take to a jeweler....because the security clasp is for looks! I have only worn a few times because the locket opens and the tiny birthstone comes flying out....hard to find! Not worth the price!!!!"

"I love the idea of this necklace, but it was a bit larger than I expected. The chain wasn't as delicate as I imagined. But the most disappointing part is not being able to purchase individual birthstones separately. I bought this as a gift for my mom to showcase her own children's birthstones as well as grandchildren. I assumed I'd be able to buy her more stones as more grandchildren came along. The way the necklace description reads, you can add stones. You have to buy an entire new necklace!"

Disappointing May 18, 2012
"The birthstone locket came on time in good condition considering it was shipped. However, the chain seemed "too" thin and fragle. The birthstones were merely placed inside the locket and not secured in place. Furthermore, the birthstones were very small and therefore over shadowed by the metal casing surrounding it. Product in person was not nearly as nice as it appeared in the pictures."
