Not quite up to par January 01, 2013
"I read some of the other reviews and against my better judgement, I ordered this for my dad. I was actually embarassed to give this to him as a gift for Christmas. The frame is nice (much smaller than I thought it was going to be) and the ball markers are nice BUT as someone else pointed out, the background/map is just...cheap. It's basically someone printing on their home computer. It's fuzzy, it's not what I expected at all. If it weren't a Christmas gift and shipping charges through the roof, I would have sent it back."

Cheap January 04, 2012
"Not impressed. While the golf markers are fine and as expected, the "wood" frame is cheap and poorly stained; the linen is shedding within the frame (came that way); the background country image looks like something that came out of someone's home printer. It's a unique item, but overpriced for the presentation."

not all open courses January 04, 2012
"Overall this is a unique and interesting gift. However, when finding some of the Scottish Open courses not included w/ markers, and a few courses I was not familiar with were among the 12 included, I reread description. The British map included all the Open courses, and the Ireland andScotland included 2 fewer markers, and "markers may vary". So while being somewhat disappointed that some very famous courses did not have ball markers, it is cool that part of the proceeds are donated to charity for veterans."

Excellent Gift for Avid Golfer January 03, 2012
"I purchased this gift for my father who has played all of the courses except for one. I plan to get him the matching piece (Scotland courses) for his birthday. He was thrilled! The only negative is that the fabric used for the map seems to be of somewhat lower quality. Overall it was an excellent purchase."

Small & unimpressive December 27, 2011
"The ball markers are the only nice part of this display. The description of the product was misleading. I think if you were a 'crafty' person, this could be recreated with a richer look as the backdrop of Scotland and the frame make the presentation look cheap. Nice idea but not great product for the price"
