"I ordered two of these plates; one was perfect, the other had a few random black spots in the design, and was quickly replaced by Red Envelope when I contacted them via email about the problem. I am a first-time customer and SO IMPRESSED with the level of customer service I received. The replacement plate was perfect and I'm very happy with both plates. "I bought this catchall based on its content. I love that part in the story, such symbolism! I also bought it for a coworker because I felt, since where we work, it's also fitting! I was hoping the quality of the product would be a little better...the edges aren't "smooth" per say and it's lighter and more dull than I actually thought it would be. If it hasn't been my love for the "we're all mad," I would've sent it back but I'm a happy camper overall :-)"

"This is very well done. The "plate" isn't very thick so you wouldn't want to drop it. Also in the pictures they show one hung up on the wall.... there's no hanging attachment, so I don't know how they did it. Other than that, great little product!"

"I purchased the "We're all Mad Here" catchall for my daughter's 1st grade teacher for Christmas. She had a particularly trying year with some difficult students so it seemed appropriate. She appreciated the gift so much it brought tears to her eyes! It is sturdy enough that she has been able to keep it displayed in her classroom all year (and it hasn't broken!)."
