Dissapointed February 14, 2012
"Tree is crooked. Pot should have been darker red with chinese coins. Asian style. Its a bright red metal metallic pot. Ugly as sin. Looks like a cheap christmas leftover pot. I order a lot from here and this is the first time I am dissapointed. Its terrible and now i am left with a ugly crooked plant that I have to go buy another pot for so I can hide it in a corner. Waiste of my money. Bad product."

Perfect gift January 02, 2012
"I bought the money tree aas a xmas gift for my sister. It arrived the date I requested, the 23rd. She lives in an appartment and when she got back from work the office was closed and couldn't get the tree until Tuesday afternoon. I was afraid it was going to be dead, but not. She told me that the tree was in excellent condition and looked really pretty. I've seen a picture and it is really nice. I would buy it again with no doubt."

"I should have paid attention to the other reviews but I was hopeful I would get a good product. The tree arrived very tightly bound and we hoped it would spread and grow after we released it. It didn't and in fact is dying. It came with no helpful information regarding care so we've found what we can through other sources. Unfortunately I think the treatment it received before it arrived at our home as permanently hurt it. It also arrived a day late so perhaps that had something to do with it - sitting in a facility for an extra day. It's too bad as it really is a neat looking tree."

Dead! February 21, 2011
"This was supposed to be a gift for my husband for Valentine's Day. "Can't grow money on trees" and all was supposed to be funny. It doesn't work when the money tree comes dead! Trying to rehab it, but mostly a waste of money!!"

Not what I expected February 18, 2011
"When the tree arrived it had almost all the vines broken so the yellowed in just a few days and I had to cut almost all of it off. It is awful small and in a very small pot"

Money Tree Plant

Money tree plants can be found in the homes of many families across Asia, as they are believed to bring prosperity and good fortune. Balance the Feng shui in your home or the home of a loved one, with RedEnvelope’s lovely braided money tree. The tree arrives in a four-inch terra cotta pot with care instructions, but if you wish, you can choose to have it sent in a four-inch Lotus pot, a red pot accented with three Chinese coins, or a white ceramic pot that looks just like a Chinese take out box! The money tree plant is shipped fresh from our growers and if it is a gift, we will include your personal message to the recipient.

The braided money tree plant is easy to care for, however some attention needs to be paid in order for the plant to thrive. Your plant will come with instructions about braided money tree care, so please read them carefully and follow the guide. The money tree plant is an indoor tropical plant, which thrives in sunny areas. It is best if you place it near windows that face southeast or west to ensure it gets the sunlight that it requires. In warmer weather, the bonsai will grow best if you keep it outdoors, but be careful never to allow the money tree plant to freeze. Pay attention to the braided money tree care instructions, and you will enjoy a happy healthy plant!
