"I gave this item as a Mother's Day gift. The item was unique and beautiful! Exactly as depicted on the web site. It was so lovely, I plan to buy a couple to hang in my home. One plastic panel on the back of the frame was dislodged in transit. But it was very easy to reassemble. Recommend a slight design change in the two (2) finials at either end of the water monitor to accommodate those with a vision impairment. Suggest enlarging them and/or changing the shapes. Frankly having only one finial to indicate it's time to add water could work as well."

"This item was returned as well because it leaked. The plastic frame where you insert water was not sturdy and could not keep the plastic frame to attach from right to left to keep in place. Returned for a refund."

"I do like it but the frame dosent look as same as the picture is showing. I tho is a wood frame or at least color would be the same but instant is a grey metal/aluminum frame. Yes I guess I can paint it but if I knew isn’t wood I probably wouldn’t buy it from this website but another …other way looks pretty."

"I got this for my house and was disappointed when I received it. The plant was a bit overgrown, and the material holding it in was ripped. The plastic casing behind the frame was cracked and is very flimsy. Another piece broke off when I was handling it. I am afraid to hang it on the wall because of that. All in all, I like the look of the product and plan to keep it (on my mantle instead of my wall as originally planned). I feel like I really overpaid for this. I am generally frugal, but don't mind splurging if the quality matches the price. It definitely does not in this case. Because of that, I am very disappointed."
