"Not sure what happened with the delivery of these flowers but they showed up both late and- when the flowers opened up BROWN on the inside. Fortunately, my mother was able to get a replacement bouquet a week later but I WON'T be buying flowers from red envelope again. Highly disappointing"

"I sent these to a new mother in the hospital. When I saw them a week later, the lilies were still not opened. I paid extra to get the square vase and the arrangement looked "lost" in the vase. I was very embarrassed that these did not present a colorful bouquet as I had seen pictured."
