"I sent a box of the handmade caramel & pretzel sampler to each of my Sisters for Mother's Day. The boxes were delivered to Florida but thanks to the packaging the chocolate was in perfect shape. They loved how each was wrapped and protected. the best part (of course) is the amazing chocolate itself - everyone was very impressed."

"Although this was a great mix of chocolates with pretzels and some chocolate bark, it was poorly packaged. Majority of the chocolates came frozen and the pretzels were broken. Will not be purchasing again."

"I SO wanted to love everything about this order but to be honest I'm only partially pleased. The caramels and nut clusters were really great and full of flavor. What I was surprised to find (to start with) is that the pretzel rods were broken into pieces and they tasted stale. The pretzel pieces atop the pretzel/caramel bark was also stale. The consistency was chewy rather than crisp and crunchy like pretzels ought to be. I think maybe if they had been packaged in separate airtight plastic or bags, rather than opened and in the same flimsy cardboard box as the caramels and nut clusters, they may have been the proper texture. They just didn't taste fresh. I also recommend allowing the caramels to come to room temperature before eating because they are very hard to eat/chew when still cold."
