Disappointed!!!! December 26, 2012
"I have ordered these wreaths for many years, I received the wreath on Dec. 14, 2012, upon receiving it I called customer service because of such disappointment. There was absolutely no scent of the eucalyptus what so ever and the color of the wreath was a very milky green. They did however replace it right away, upon receiving the replacement I opened it right away, how disappointing.. There was no scent at all of the eucalyptus and the very same milky green. I did not however call customer service again as I did not use it in my decorating as I was so looking forward to doing. I would not order these again, even though in years past they have always been a very favorite of mine to get each year. Just a big disappointment this year for sure!"

"I was very disappointed in the wreath. It was not full and honestly, looked cheap. It did smell good though. I have bought many, many items on Red Envelope before and this is the first time I have been thoroughly disappointed. I was embarrassed to give as a gift."

Wreath looks nothing like picture December 09, 2012
"I was really excited to receive my wreath, it looked beautiful in the photo. It smelled great even before I opened the box. When i opened the box though, the wreath was not at all what was shown in the picture. The eucalyptus leaves are all one type, one shade of green and it does not look near as pretty as the photo. If I knew what the wreath would really look like, I wouldn't have ordered it."

"I have to say, I didn't see this present for myself but the business office I bought it for (which I needed to make a good impression on) loved it. I got a call from the partner himself thanking me and saying how beautiful and creatively done the wreath was. And that the other partner proclaimed, "This is going on the front door!" when they opened it. It was delivered on the exact date they said it was delievered and there were no problems whatsoever. Wish I had bought this for all my business associates this holiday!"
