"The product which arrived did not look like the one in the picture. It had a lot of green long leaves vs what is shown in the image. It had 3 or so of the blue flowers and a good amount or roses, but it looked plain. I think Jewel flowers at half the cost look much better. What is being advertised here is not what you pay for. However the customer service is outstanding, very quick professional and friendly. I had great experience working my issues out with them. I give that part a 10/10. for customer service. For quality and product I would rate it a 5/10 you get half of the flowers."

"I was very disappointed when the flowers were delivered in a box. This is not like other Redenvelope items where the package is the best portion of the gift. The flowers and base were ok, but having to assemble them is not what my partner expected. It would have been the same had i gone to the local florist or grocery store."

"This flower arrangement was a major disappointment. The flowers did not last a day. By Sunday night (delivered on Sunday Valentine's Day)they were already drooping. This makes no sense since I buy flowers weekly for my wife, including tulips/iris. Normally they will last an entire week. This assortment had turned to complete mush by Tues and had to be thrown out. Considering the cost, not worth it. Sunday delivery was the ONLY good part of this order."

Nice color combo, fresh flowers This combo of the tulips and iris makes a great romantic gift for a lot of occasions. The flowers arrived fresh, opened and looked beautiful in a day or so. I would recommend clipping the stems a little on the shorter side. Tulips are heavy and they will droop over the sides if you let them stick up too much above the vase. Also, the whole bouquet looks much fuller if you keep the tulips bunched in with the iris the way the web photo illustrates.
