"Purchased these for my mother on mothers day and I was told that she appreciated them but said they showed up looking horrible. Not being in Washington to see them first hand, I had to assume my mother wouldn't say this if they were not in bad shape. First and last time I will be using red envelope for flower purchases. 1800flowers has yet to let me down when I need to send flowers."

Irises are favorites March 31, 2010
"These flowers arrive mostly closed, and the tulips were a little droopy initially, but perked up straight with water. The flowers all open up to full bloom after a day. Make thin slits in the stems of the tulips, which keep growing in length for an additional 1-2 inches. The Irises lasted about 5-6 days. Roses from ProFlowers lasted much longer."

"Tulips were much shorter than the irises making it impossible to mix the folwers to get the beautiful effect pictured because if you cut the flowers down enough to do that, they would have been too short to make a nice display. Vase is painted, not colored glass and for $9.99 I would expect more - and the one I received had several scraches. The flowers were beautiful - BUT ONLY FOR 2 DAYS. AFTER THAT THEY WERE WORTHLESS. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY."
