"First order arrived with plant OK but dish was broken into numerous pieces. Contacted Customer Service. Very polite and promtly offered to replace the order. Second order arrived with plant completely frozen (and dead) and dish broken into only a few pieces this time. Note: I live in SoCAL but my order was delivered to Illinois - north of Chicago. Plus side, email to Customer Service was promptly replied to and my purchase was completely refunded as I requested."
