"I placed my 1st Shari's Berries orders (4 total) for Christmas, 2012. As I was going to be on a cruise with my husband, sons & daughters-in-law, I requested deliveries on 12/21/12 & hinted to ALL recipients to make sure someone was at home to receive a package. I was beaming when we got back in the states on the 23rd and started receiving reports of how beautiful & how good our "Gifts" were.... I wondered about my 4th gift.... My BROTHER's gift. I didn't want to call and imply that I deserved a pat-on-the-back... but, did want to know if he'd received his Berries & Cheese Cakes. So, I gave in at Midnight on Christmas Eve & called. In fact he had NOT received them!! I was broken hearted! It was too late to do anything, but cry & release frustration via email to the company I felt had let me down! Shari's Berries! It really didn't make me feel better, but, at least I thought: they'll know how I felt I had entrusted them with the giving of a very important gift.
MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, at 2:20pm on CHRISTMAS AFTERNOON, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM A REP AT SHARI'S BERRIES! NO KIDDING! Long story shortened... They REFUNDED my shipping costs! AND THEN shipped my Brother the same product AGAIN, without charging me the second time!!! Of course, the second shipment said, Happy New Year & I truly hope, whoever took the first package, was a starving person who needed a meal, but, MOST OF ALL I want to THANK SHARI'S BERRIES for restoring my faith in another American owned & run business who still believes in CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (!); even to the point of having someone checking emails on CHRISTMAS DAY! 2012 was my FIRST order experiences, but they will NOT be my last! (maybe in 2013, I'll place an order for myself!) Thank You Again, Shari's Berries Staff, for CARING about my hard earned dollars & helping me make sure that my gifts were FABULOUS!"
