"I ordered the sports berries for specific reasons, and was terribly disappointed when that was not what arrived. Instead, I received the traditional dark and white chocolate covered berries. The berries arrived around 10 a.m. and were already melting. If I'd not been home, it would have been disastrous. That said, I threw them in the freezer for a few minutes. When we ate the strawberries, they were huge and magnificent. The chocolate flavor was great as well."

"I ordered this product as a nice Father's Day surprise for my sports-loving husband. Not only did the berries arrive a day after Father's Day, but the cartoon was just thrown on my porch and left to melt in the sun all day. Although it was packaged with an ice pack, the berries were a soggy mess on the bottom and the chocolate had peeled off of some completely. I would never order this kind of product through the mail again. We had to throw out most of the berries. What a waste!"
