"So, these chocolate dipped strawberries are HUGE. All the chocolate dips were yummy. Some of the strawberries weren't fully ripe. Beyond that though, chocolate dipped strawberries aren't the kind of thing I would recommend having shipped. The quality goes down significantly. I would definitely buy these again, IF they didn't need to be shipped."

"This is the second year that I have gotten the strawberries for Valentine's Day. I love the dark chocolate w/ chips. One thing that I did notice was that the berries were smaller this year (2013) than last year (1212). The berries were super yummy!"

"Very disappointed. The berries were MUCH smaller than they appear on the site. I could've gotten a better product from my local grocery store for less than a quarter of the price. The reason I ordered from this site is because I thought I would be receiving "gourmet" berries and I'm sorry to say that they were far from it. I'll never order again. WAY OVERPRICED AND OVERRATED."

"I was COMPLETELY SURPRISED when the delivery arrived at my door one saturday morning in May 2012. It was about a week after my mom had returned back to her home from visiting with me in GA. I opened the box and there they were, with a lovely little card from my mom... what a BEAUTIFUL surprise.They looked so pretty &.UMMMM YUMMMY :)) The strawberries where huge and when I bit into the almond covered one WOOOWWW I was totally thrilled. "This was my first time ordering. The strawberries were large and heavily coated with toppings. I ordered them for my girlfriend who loved them. I had one and it was delicious. The only reason for a 4 star rating is that I was charged extra for an ice pack that melted before delivery and the chocolate had started to melt. I think that if you sell a product that could possibly melt during shipment in hot weather, then it should be packed so that it makes it without the possibilty of that happening. Other than that, Good Stuff!!!"

"While absolutely delicious-my son ordered me a dozen for Mother's Day-I would recommend a smaller quantity. Even sharing with my husband, we still had half the box go bad because the shelf life is just not long enough unless you eat a lot. I'm glad they go bad because that tells me they are not treated with nasty stuff. They are very rich, totally delightful, but more than we could handle"

"I received these as a gift, and it was a gift I will certainly never forget! The berries were beautifully presented and decorated, and they were absolutely delicious! I set two on the counter to allow them to come to room temperature (as the accompanying paperwork suggested) while I made dinner. When my husband and I tried them for dessert, we were so impressed with how good the berries tasted! Not tart or mushy...perfectly sweet and firm, deep red and huge, covered in the most decadent smooth chocolate!! They were so good I had to have another, straight from the frig! Even partially frozen, it was amazing! I'll definitely be ordering some more for myself and sending them as gifts for every possible occasion!"

"The package was designed with the contents in mind. Cardboard boxed, then a nice box to display berries. The top had a piece to cushion the berries in case of being dropped. All the berries itself were bitter in taste. The were over frozen and when they weren't frozen they were too mushy. I'm not too pleased with my 2nd order. The 1st order was sent to a relative who said they were beautiful and good so I ordered one for myself. I will give Shari's another try though."

"My father was deligjhted and so was my mentor for the two orders sent to them on Father's Day. After three days (72 hrs) my elderly father could only finish half of his dozen strawberries and the other half soon started turning a bit rancid although he stored them in the fridge. The awful Florida humidity has contributed to this quick turnover from very fresh to somewhat flat tasting. Yet, it was a wonderful surprise gift which both fathers appreciated for their special day."

"Most of the chocolate was melted and disfigured. The strawberries were wet, mushy, and sour. Red strawberry stains covered the wrappings. Many pieces were scattered about, as though the box had been roughly handled. My husband was not pleased with his Father's Day gift, and after serving him two pieces, he did not want any more. I suspect, your shipper, FED EX should be held responsible, unless the product was inferior from the start. It was very hot and humid here. My first order (Mother's Day) was not like this. It was exceptional."
