"For Mother's Day, I ordered two of the "Full Dozen Gourmet Dipped Swizzled Berries" for my Aunt and another for my Mom. They were shipped well in the shipping box, but once we opened the actual box with the chocolate dipped strawberries, it was just a mess. They were tossed around in the box. The strawberries did not look at all as pictured. They were very small berries mixed with a few larger. There were couple that were broken chocolate. I will never order from this site again. I am embarrased I shipped these to my Aunt. The picture shows how it looks exactly as it was when we opened the box."

Dissolved Berries but Great Customer Service!? May 17, 2013
"Ok well these were on the tuck for 13 hours according to tracking and when they arrived the chocolate had split so berries had fermented and box puffed up. The frozen bag compress had split and soaked the box. Poor thing looked like it was a war survivor. My personal message was messed up as well. Very poor. Perhaps they need to re-think the delivery time. BUT great customer service I got a quick refund but still very disappointing!"

"I got excited when I saw the box arrive at work.. I opened it and the 'ice pack' wasn't frozen at all... The strawberrys were oozing? And the box was saturated and soaked pretty mushy... Making the chocolate a melted mess aswell... It wasn't hot in the box but somehow everything was wet... Ugh :/ the chocolate was cracked and what wasn't cracked was mushy... All of the papers underneath were thrown all over the box... Def didn't look like the pictures you see..."

"Received the strawberries on Mother's Day. The ice pack was 98% frozen solid. The strawberries were firm, crispy, juicy, sweet--just delicious. My only suggestion would be if you're buying for a single person, I would go with the package of 6, since strawberries are perisible."

Wonderful Mother's Day Present!! I was surprised yesterday with a dozen of these superlicious gems! Berries taste sweet and flavorful and the chocolate is great...just like my sweet daughter and son-in-law!
