"my brother ordered this cake for my sons 5th birthday. my brother lives in Michigan, we live in Texas so he ordered online and had it shipped. When the cake arrived it was packaged well and the cold pack was still frozen but when I removed the wrapping i was so disappointed. The cake appeared to have been squashed on the bottom half and the happy birthday saying was unrecognizable. Also, the taste of this cake was also a let down. The inside was a mushy mess, if any of you have ever had a frozen Pepperidge farm cake from your local grocery store, then you know exactly what this cake tasted like. i say, save yourself 34.99 and spend the $5 on Pepperidge farm. both are equally disgusting but one is definitely more reasonably priced than the other and you save yourself the hassel of dealing with customer service for a refund! Needless to say, we had to make an emergency run to a local bakery to find a last minute replacement cake for my sons party. On the bright side this story ends well. My brother was fully refunded."

"Cake would no way serve 8-10 as described. 6 normal servings is more accurate. Considering the price, it was not worth it. Also, "Happy Birthday" read was spelled "Hanny BirIhday" on the cake! ( see attached picture on dinner plate) Taste was just average."
