"I purchased this item last year and had great results. No problems with the impression materials and putting the frame together was a breeze. It made a beautiful and precious gift for the parents of the children I'm a Nanny for. I purchased another kit to put together for the new addition to the family this year. I received impression material you couldn't roll out to a smooth consistency, and when I would take the impression (no matter how deep I could get it) the impression didn't stay...it slowly faded (almost like a marshmallow when you squeeze it). It wasn't pleasant to repeatedly having to retry several times for this little one, either! I've now had to go on line to locate more impression material to try and get the imprints to make this Christmas gift comparable to last years. So I've had to spend more money with the hope of making this beautiful frame work. Had I received the same impression material I had last year my review would have been a much more positive one."
