"We have purchased this item for all 4 of our children. There have been times where the "clay" has been hard to work with, and I believe for one child I may have purchased Crayola air-dry dough to use as the packaged stuff did not work.
My only complaint, and this would be for other purchasers to know, is that over 9 years and 4 children, the frame thickness has changed, and most recently, the color changed. Our first two children ( 2004 and 2007) have matching frames. Our last two (2010 and 2013) have thicker frames, and the last one has a darker espresso. I love the wood look and color, but may have to paint them to match. I would have appreciated it if Red Envelope would have noted this in their description, as it seems others have had the same problem.
If you plan to use this for all of your children and want to hang them together, you may want to purchase several at the same time. Otherwise, I am pleased with this purchase and look forward to doing imprints #4 with our #4!"
