"Please don't waste your time ordering these. They were very stale and 6 of the 12 were broken. Do u realize how long it takes for a pretzel to go stale? A complete waste of money. It's ironic that strawberries are more perishable and the strawberries I have received from Shari's berries are always fresh. I don't understand this, someone is not doing their job."

"We were excited about Shari's Berries Pretzel Rods. We've purchased them from other vendors over the years with little disappoint. The order arrived on time, as promised and they looked Appealing. But when we tried to bite into one, it was so stale and flavorless, we wondered if they had come from a storage room of forgotten pretzels! Unfortunately the entire box (a dozen) were in the same condition. Since these were an Easter treat, it was doubly disappointing. This will be our first and last order from Shari's Berries."
